One day I'll write a blog post listing the one hundred and one things I love about Norfolk, for now I'll highlight just one of them...
There's something about the vast blue skies, scattered with white clouds, that really can take your breath away. And with the sun out, like it was in these here parts today, it lifted my spirits no end.
We're fortunate to live near the edge of town and the above is a photo of one of the views I get to appreciate, when I take the long walk home, after taking my youngest to school. It's a lovely half hour walk, taking in a county walk way and some local farmlands. I just love how the spring sun is warming everything now, buds and blossom are loving it and the way the wren I encountered was chirping away, the birds are welcoming it too. I was tempted to carry on walking, but I've done that before and it can take hours to get back.
